Spark plugs and oil to use in a 1.6 rsi?

Going to service the car for the girlfriend before she takes it away for peace of mind. Fresh oil +filter and spark plugs.

Question is im guessing to use 10w-40 oil and spark plugs any good links to parts?

I always used 5w40 fully synth and a renault filter (£8 or so iirc). Plugs wise I put normal bosch ones in from halfords and it never complained.

Nah the other ones, just the single electrode. Although i've used super 4s before and never had a problem. Sticking with proper NGKs in the 172 though .
