Spark Plugs

I was looking in the service book of my 182 and it says that the plugs only need changing every 72000 miles - are they some sort of special plug to last that long or do you guys change them at earlier intervals??

titanium plugs - very expensive, hoping they last all 72,000 miles!

There very good they last 72k.
As mike said there expensive £80 for a set I think.

I had to have my spark plugs changed at 36,000 miles it was juddering between 1500 - 2500 revs . Ecu fault code was showing spark plugs needed changing .Now its running like new again . Anybody had simliar problems or reached that illustrious 72 k on the same plugs . Would be interested to hear !
