Speaker Advice Please

I have done a search and found out that both front and rear speakers are 13cm

I have a sony head unit anyone have any ideas on what speakers would be the best upgrade

anybody any suggestions? dont want just bass want good quality sound without distortion for when i turn it up a bit

i have hertz energy speakers in my 182 and they are very good. i would recommend
