hi guys, cant seem to find anything for a 1.4 expression on search function, im looking to buy some new door speakers, are they the standard size 13cm.

Hi, i got some speakers from halfrauds, and guess what?

They are too deep for the door is there a spacer that i can get so that they will fit?

They are Vibe SEK50 with tweeeeeeeeters and crossover seperately.

Get some MDF baffles. They will sound much better and will give you an extra 15mm ish behind the speaker so should prevent clearance issues.

All renaults have the same problem. I have 13cm JBL's that were originally in my scenic and like the scenic the backs on the clio needed cutting out on the door pods, it can be done without removing the door cards the plactic is really soft, I cut mine with a hack saw blade(just held the blade), just be carefull not to push to hard in case you slip and whack the out door skin..took about one min a door to cut, like I said very soft plastic.

sorry 4 all the questions, i have my original stereo in, these speakers i have bought need a minimum input of 45w, does anyone know what the standard wattage on the stereo is?
