Not strictly a Clio topic but I was in my Clio when it happened.

Got a notice from Nottinghamshire police this morning asking who the driver was as there is an impending penalty. Does this mean its more than 3 points? Or do they all say impending penalty?

If its more than 3 points there will be a mint RSI for sale soon . . .

Depends how fast you were going in what limit mate!!!

If it was minor will only be 3 points, but if it was like 50 in a 30. Then best get the Rsi up for sale mate!

There was an article in the paper last week saying how a case was thrown out because they couldnt use the evidence and how it could cause thousands of other cases to also be thrown out ???

I would be very nice to Mummy or Daddy and use there name anyway just in case.
