one of my friends has just been sent something through stating that he was caughting speeding in June - obviously this exceeds the 14 days they are allowed to contact you so how does he go about getting this dropped?
The Notice of Intended Prosecution (NIP) arrived outside of the "14" day period: You should be able to get the prosecution dropped This is assuming that you are the registered owner of the vehicle...
cheers for the link chap! theres a letter on there that is pre written and you just have to add your details and send it off and its more than likely to get the case dropped! spot on! plus hes buying me a pint because of it! lol
