Prob be shot or even executed! .........maybe just a lashing or walk the plank...mind you thats way above the speed limit so no excuses really are there..........maybe a 3 month ban and high insurance costs

I thought an instant ban was anything over 100mph?
over 100mph is instant ban, below that is points and fine (so do 95 lol) Its far too easy to get over 100mph without realising. If she gets 6 points then she will loose her license anyway. I would say that it would be 3 points and the 60 quid fine - women get away with murder. Still, if she does it again, she will loose he license - it only takes one extra flash from a speed camera and its game over. You are more likely to get pulled in a saxo anyway cos its a boy racer car.
Sounds like a standard ticket to me. Think yourself lucky and be more carefull in future.....as no doubt the copper told her on the side of the road.
She wont be banned and assuming her licence was clean beforehand the insurance probably wont even care.

correct me if Im wrong but isnt 12 points the limit on a license,, shell get 3 points a 60pound fine, and if the codes havnt chnaged a CD10 on her license which wont effect her insurance!
You are right but if your a new driver you have a probation of 2 years and 6 points in those first 2 years of driving = Lose your license and you have to re-take both tests again!!
Its sh*t, i got 3 points back in November for speeding so if i get caught again before August (which is the end of my 2 years probation) n i will be banned!!
P.s is it not over 6 points? as my mate has 12 points on his license n is still driving so im guessing its over 12 points!!
Bloke i used to work with was done for speeding away from the police and found drunk and asleep in his car. He got a good qc and he got him off with a shed loads of points (one below a ban) and a fine.
He said he was in the Gulf war, in the army serving his country for 10 years etc. Jammy git or what.
