Speedline 2118 centre caps?

Anyone know if there are such things?

i was thinking about getting them powdered black

Got some old speedline center caps but they won't fit, theres no lip on the inside of 2118 to retain them.

Not sure if any will fit tbh

Ebay 400023958468. Didnt wanna post a massive link sorry. Ive got these on mine, had to pop the speedline sticker out of the front ones and grind a hole so they fit over the driveshaft, and hold them in with a dab of superglue but it looks a lot better. They Were a tight fit on mine so they didnt really need glueing TBH.

I would say have a crack at modifying some but theyre not cheap to mess about with.

See if you can a second hand one or borrow one and see how the fit it and whats required.

If you're just going to glue it in, I could probably cut the correct size from plastic for you.

i'm sure that most of the caps won't fit 2118's?

i bought some and they were too small,
i also think that when i bought the wheels, speedline told me there were no caps for them.

What are? The dust seals off the rear drums on Clios fit the rear disks.....

Driveshaft? :S

Yes! dumbass's! The end of the driveshaft ( near the hub nut ) stops the centre cap from goin on. So you have to grind a bit out so the cap so it sits flush with the wheel.

Il get pics tomorrow to prove it can be done.

D4ve also has some of these on his Rears, I remember him saying he get them from a lesser spec'd Clio, I think he said he had to spray his Black but that may be because they were 2nd hand.

I've got them on the back too.

They are gold and come standard from renault to protect the bearings.

That part number wont help i dont think. I got it from the renaultsport race car parts list, its a plastic cover, they dont properly fit the front, I binned mine and just painted the std one black. i think rich has some different ones that he painted black himself

someone needs to have some made like the rears bit a bit larger to cover the bolt at the front
