Where is k-tec?

I am getting the car back tommorow.

The garage have told me that it won't work.... but I have been told by a local renault specialit that it will as I have ABS and as it has ABS; by default it will take the speed information from the ABS sensors???

Can anyone shed any light on this pleasE??????

OK guys, got my car back and gearbox is sweet, it was from a low mileage 182 with 13k on!!!

NOW BIG problem, with my car being CUP FF .... I have no speedo... So as above the specialist turned out to be wrong.

I need someone to advise on what to do next, I was told to take it someone with CLIP and get the software adjusted to take the readings from the ABS.

Please help me.

Does anyone know the procedure in Clip to get this working? I have the Clip and can find the option to change the Instrument Panel Config, this is fine an I can change it, but no speedo reading on the dash. I have confirmed in the Clip that the wheel speed sensors are working correctly and measure road speed, but simply changing the setting on the instrument panel does not seem to be the whole story.

Anyone able to shed any light? I have a car waiting for a gearbox change. Problem is down here in Australia Gearboxes are few and far between.
