Speedo lights gone off?

My friends 182 randomly had a fit earlier , basically all the speedo lights turned off also the climate control, lock button,
Rear demister , hazard and the cd player is playing up? Whats the possible cause?

Fuses ? Maybe the F7 15 amp fuse ? Mine blew the other day , no cd player , cigarette lighter etc .....
