Speedo reading

Can anyone kelp,

I have just fitted a second hand gearbox purchased off ebay, works fine but it was from a different model and the speedo linkage was not in the gearbox. I didn`t realise until the gearbox was in so i`m driving with only the speed reading from my sat nav at the minute. Does anyone know of a way of getting a reading to my original speedo from another sorce without having to get another gearbox,

I don't believe you can, as the Cup and FF 172 box's are different in that respect. I take it you've fitted a FF box to your Cup?

You can get stand alone setups but just get the proper box realy.
