Speedo Sensor location?!

I have found out that my Speedo Sensor is playing up and I need to replace it.

Where is it located and is it an easy job to replace it?!

Back of the gearbox, kind of below the coolant tank area

I now know where the Speedo Sensor is!

How do you remove it?! pull it? twist it? thread it?!!

I dont want to break it, I'll clean it up first, try that and then replace with new if needed

Clean what? Its a hall effect sensor :S

the Speedo Sensor, mine is hit and miss! and i've been told it's a faulty sensor, try taking it out and cleaning it before replacing it as that sometimes works

Has any one got a pic of where it is, I have a new part and I cant find the old one in the motor, took out the air filter, still cant find it?
I have looked at the top in the middle of the gearbox housing, near the cooalnt tank, gotta be close, but cant see it?
