Speedo sensor (non sport)

Wondering if i could get some help, im trying to locate the speedo sensor on my 2001 1.2 16v dynamique?
already mistook it for the TDC sensor. Car does have ABS, would it be there?

I THINK it's near the gearbox, had to buy one for robbos ( now rob) once best to PM him about it

possible it wont have one. I've seen it come up as a fault on a code reader when the ABS has been used for the speed signal

took car to garage for MOT couple of days ago asked the bloke there and it turns out sideways dannys right its reads off the ABS.

SO if your 1.2 16v speedo isn't working and you DON'T have an ABS light then its your dial itself thats kaputt
