spigot rings

yep no problem unless they are stupidly thick then i would get aluminium adaptor spacers with the correct bore fitting....
 
Yes, they're fine. They are primarily for aligning the wheel centrally while you bolt it to the car, once the wheel nuts are tightened there's going to be hardly any load on the spigot rings.

Now that's not right, the wheel and weight of the car should rest on the hub, in this case the plastic spacer. The wheel bolts are only there to hold the wheel to the brake disc/hub not to take the weight of the car.
