splitter/ non splitter whats the difference!! ive no idea what i should be looking at!!! anyone have pics with and without?

its the bit of black rubber at the bottom of the front bumper, if not then its not got one.

Splitter is black bit of plastic along front bumpers bottom.

I splitter is hanging of on my 1.2 Clio Looks like it is only held on with a few pins though. Also the Side bit of plastic on the right door came off. V Reg 22k miles.
