It is an 05. I'm undecided whether to have a look at it. I never wanted a silver car as they are so common and when clean they look nothing special.

Yes it is Bristol Street Motors in Cheltenham, a Ford dealer. He apparantely pxed for a Focus. What is wrong with it??

I never saw the car, the owner of it purchased my old 205 GTi and worked with a good mate of mine.
Some paintwork damage around one of the door handles, some damage to the lower rear quarter, (was priced up at a bodyshop but never done), some defects to the rear valance some of the wheels where kerbed (dealer said they would sort not sure if they where all sorted - one replaced with a better second hand one I think) and it had some interior scratches to the plastics and silver dash trims. Have text my mate to see what he can remember as he saw the car everyday.

Well after reading that i don't think i'm interested now, i would be interested to know what price he got for it as they were originally selling it for £9499. It's in the 'sale' at the moment for £7550. Seemed very expensive to start with. I think i'll hold out for a colour i actually want - Racing blue or black gold.

Mate spoke to the owner for me.
Said he got 9K for it in part ex, but friend was not convinced !
Low down - Front Splitter is Cracked.
Odd tyres all round, fronts do match but are a bit poor.
Wheels where sorted in the end, the 2 kurbed ones where swapped with second hand better ones.
Drivers door handle is chipped and has a scratch/gouge out of it that continues to the door paintwork.
Lower rear drivers side quarter has a scratch and dent.
Silver trims on the dash and the one in the steering wheel have various marks on them.
Some of the tool kit is missing. I have the reg if you want to confirm it is the car but he says that it was his car - traded it in there a good few months ago now though.

Doesn't sound too good, i doubt he got 9k for it px. I could well be wrong though.
Is the reg WV05 GJF? Just looking at the pictures on their website and thats what they have the picture file saved as.
