Okay so Im making a Spreadsheet to do rotas at work and work out costing.
Iv not done any spreadsheet work for about 8 years now! I remembers the basics but not quite enough.
So far I have put a formula together to add up a colleagues total hours for the week. Pretty simple but I need to slide an if statement to it.
Im wanting a some thing like IF <5:00 - 0:30 to take away un paid breaks.
Im tripping up on the time formats so in places Im using custom format codes such as [H]:MM to add up the hours as units.
So add up the total hours for a colleague iv using the un-elegent
=SUM(D5-C5)+(F5-E5)+(H5-G5)+(J5-I5)+(L5-K5)+(N5-M5)+(P5-O5)
But it works so far.
