So I had a response from K-Tec.

Can't say I'm impressed,and would strongly advise anyone, to avoid this particular item from them as it's essentially an expensive decat for all intents and purposes 😒

No, just says 'not for road use' but no explanation as to why i.e noise, emissions, other?

First time I’ve seen their non ‘sport’ CAT…guessing it’s new? Looks very much like an eBay job and typically the listing is devoid of all information such as cells, warranty etc.
