This has probably been covered but i found i needed an invite to use Spotify, so after a short period of searching i found this site.

you dont need one instead of using the home screen just go to download at the top of the page

how do u send invites? i have spotify didnt need one, my mate has just tried and it says that he needs an invite, hoe do i send him one?
