Spraying a bumper

How much primer/paint/laquer would i need to do a 172 back bumper, and have some left over to do sidestrips n inserts in front bumper? And roughly how much is it to buy?

Someone i know who can spray are going to do it for me cheap if i supply the paint etc.

Bump, anyone got any knowledge about spraying??

I've bought 1/2 litre of paint for my trims, door handles, bits of the wing mirrors, boot lock, front fog light surrounds to colour code. I've also bought some plastic primer in a spray can. That cost me £22.

I don't need to buy the primer, thinners, hardeners or clear coat cos I should be able to use that for free. Hopefully!
