spring and dampner setup rather than coilovers

I currently have my 182 with cup packs lowered on sportlines but am after more of a drop have been looking a H&R's but was thinking about springs/dampner set up i really like how it handels on sportlines but just want a bit more of a drop probably around 40mm what have other people used and whats best? if not then i will go for H&R's but thought i would ask. thanks

its the springs that give you the drop mate so doesnt matter what shocks you put on tbh
H&Rs are the ones to go for if you want the drop but still to handle well too
