Springs- How do i fit these??

Right, i have finally gone for a set of apex -40mm lowering springs. How do i go about fitting these to my mk2 ph2 clio (non sport). Is it difficult or can it be done by myself? Any guides would be helpful!

since u never took my advice on the -60mm im no telling :'(

ok ok here you go:

basic:

jack the car up
take wheel off
take strut off 1st
put on spring compressors
seperate struts
release compressors, take off springs.

Put spring compressors on new ones
put on strut
assemble strut again, put on car
put on wheel
lower jack


back ones are easy.

do it for the 4 wheels...

done!
