Springs & Shocks...

I am thinking about getting me some of these http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=849 as I have managed to snap my standard front springs(again), and these are the ones that lower the least. My question is will I need to change the shocks?

Can anyone explain the differance between http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=1902 and
http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=849 apart from the £64.62 and the colour?
