Squeaking noise when pulling away

Hi All,

Wonder if anyone can help.

When i pull off in 1st or second if im coming up to a junction it makes a squeaking noise, anyone else had this? sounds like its coming from the engine.

Really strange noise - apparantly its common in renaults but not sure
