Squeaking noise

I have a 2004 Clio dci and only recently when I drive I hear a squeaking noise, it sounds like it is coming from within the steering wheel area if the car.

It has only developed over the last few weeks I am sure, I hear it nearly all the time and quite possibly more when I accelerate.

Just wandering if anyone had any ideas
