Squeaking/whistleing under acceleration.

Have a whistleing squeaking noise under acceleration in 2nd and 3rd - not a Clio btw.

All belts are tight, what do you think? Water pump? Can't find any fluid under the car and the needle stays dead centre - but it only started the other day.
