squeaky brakes

Really bad squeaky brakes, not all the time just when in traffic etc. Annoying! any suggestions?

aftermarket or standard brakes? had recent disc or pad change?
Take out the pads and give 'em a little clean with some wire wool & brake cleaner. Put a little bit of copper grease on the backs. Give the calipers an little clean too with a wire brush.

Mine squeak, its bloody high pitched and makes everyone look lol!

Think its because they're ds2500's and not warm enough!

Put some copper grease on the back of the pads. Not the crappy spray on stuff, buy it in a tub and smear it on with your finger.
