squeaky hard clutch

hi does anybody know how to loosen a clutch on a clio sport 172 01 plate its dead stiff and squeaks quite a bit when pushed down anybody know how to loosen it or at least stop it squeaking?

Stiffness is standard in the 172/182 and mine squeaks a bit but never bothered me

Yes it can. New clutch and release bearing.

Or grease the nylon pivot under the fork at the box end of the clutch, do a search for creaking or groaning clutch there's discussion about it and a guide

improve left leg strength...
