Squeeking Problem when Slowing Down.....?

When slowing down, usually when im going down a slight hill or when I have put the clutch down I get a squeeking noise from what I think is the suspension... Its like a 1 second squeek every 1 second if that makes sense, like the car is bouncing and everytime it bounces up I get the squeek. If anyone knows what it could be i would appreciate it.

It only does it as im braking. What do you mean by the frequency 'change' do you mean the pitch of it? If so It always sounds the same but it just sounds like my suspension is loose maybe and sqeeks as it decompresses it you get me lol

Thanks, Adam

Does the squeek get less frequent as you slow down? Was wondering if they'd had some hammer and the copaslip had dried out so it was just the pads squeeling.

But if its rithmic(sp?) like that I wouldn't go with brake, leaking damper is a possibility. Get it jacked up and have a look.

the Squeek stays the same everytime I slow down :( Don't think its the brakes though...

What should I be looking for when I jack the car up?

A wet damper basically where the fluids been leaking. You should be able to see it easily enough, if your not sure grab a few pics.
