Squeling noise

I have this noise that come from this plastic looking seal under main dash board behind the head unit and goes in too the engine bay?

it only happens when then the engine is warm and and over 3000 revs?

Anyone know?

I think it the coolent?

Had a similar thing annoy me on my old red 95 1.4RT.

I eventually figured out what it was when I turned the fans off to hear it better and the noise stopped.

I guess I had a dodgy fan baring or something. It tended to occur when I had been travelling on the motorway and had the fan on "I". I would pull onto the slip road and it would squeel.

Turn your driver and passanger fans off to see if the noise goes away.

I have tried all of that including taking the top of the dash of and heating diffusers on either side?

But when my car is still andnot moving and i rev it, it still makes this anoying sound?
