Can't really compare SRP to Lime Prime.

SRP can be used as a stand alone product.

Still expensive in small sizes Rusty - 5L trade prices FTW ;)

TBH - You need something more abrasive to remove that rust colour from yours - was it silver to begin with ?

Makes sense getting a 5 litre, it last years, I have had this container for 5 years and it is still going strong !

I only use it on my Pug wheels, all my polishing is done on the GTi - less swirls in it than yours I bet :)

New cars are easy, no challenge in anything under 5 years old tbh.

i dont agree with that! but i guess it all depends on how much you use a thing! mine can start to look rough in my eyes after a week of not going all over it! Underneath etc etc! i could find fault with new cars but im really really fussy!

08 plate 1 series bmw that one of the girls has got in our office! 20k car and is rough in my eyes!! ;) told you i was fussy!

New cars are not a challenge at all! And old cars just need resprayed..So it's all relative...

as i said depends on what your standards are! and how good you want a thing!! Most people dont go to the lengths to win a car back like i have! esp using it every day imo!

Respray is the only way to get a flawless finish...But then it could be a crap finish!...

I jus buy new cars tbh lol..

i mostly do! but money is going other ways at the mo!!! i almost went to look at the R27 this w/end but instead thought it was more sensible to keep the cup and put another coat of SRP on it!

Why would you want to keep doing coats of SRP ?

its a while since i put a coat on and thats all i had at the time! :) and it wont do any harm!

^^ its fine! it wont do any harm!! you lot dont half try to scare people!! have used it for years! with EGP and its been fine!! even polish it with that alone wont do any harm!!

Not saying it will cause harm, just that it's a waste! Why on earth would you polish paintwork thats already been polished?

  2015 ST2(MO)/CorsaLE
Because as i said it was a fair few months ago! and i wanted to coat it again! as i want to get some EGP on it! :) the paint work looks a lot better for it!

its that fine! it would take years and you would have to polish it every week to cut through to silver as rich calls it :rasp:
