Stabilizer drop link...special renault tool?

I have been reading up on installing some new stabilizer drop links to the ends of my antiroll bar and it lists a special renault tool to compress them in place. Has anyone else done this and is there an alternative way of doing the job without having to purchase the tool?

ok everyone ignore me lol. Checked my car today and the 172 cup doesnt even have the stabilizer drop link, it just has two sets of bushes. lmao :/

aye, i thought they were really fiddly when i did mine - you've got to be careful that they're seated exactly right. clean the bar end and finger some grease into them before fitting them as well.
