standard 16 gearnob

went out in a 16v the other day and it was a standard gearnob, just bought mine and it has a standard gearnob with a blue center bit, where as this one was all black no writing at all ?



where can i get one of them? the black inserts?

oh right?!!. any ideas where i can get the black 16v center bit of even better one with no lettering on?! like the one i mentioned above

People usually go the other way and Buy a williams knob, but any who every one to their own taste, be it a worn gear knob;)

You sure you ant got blue dials also, if you have Ill swap them for my black ones (hehehe) plus you give me a score on top:D

but ak if u want to swap me a worn gear nob from your valver then you can have this williams one as i dont like it :)?

just swap the blue insert for a black one, go to your local reno dealer, cant see it being alot

I already got one;), though if you want I can send you my old worn black one, pm your addy and ill post it to you, if you really dont want the want the blue one you can send me that and ill keep it as a spare...ok:cool:
 


i dunno if you can buy just the insert.....knowing Renno i bet youd have to buy the whole gearknob........complete with linkage,rods & gearbox !!...lol;)
 


How the hell do you get the gearknobs off anyway.

I wanted to swap mine a while ago but couldnt see how without changing the whole stick and linkages to the gearbox.
