Phone around, or try Renault UK.

Most dealers give it out if you ask nicely enough.

Ive never had to pay either mate at two different renaults, just walk in with the v5 and robert's your mothers brother

Just try ringing a few and give them the reg number. Can't believe you'd have to pay!

got it off a guy on rms who is a renault technician, all he needed was my chassis number! for free of course
