Start Menu's on 2 monitors

Afternoon,

Working in IT I should know this however as ive never wanted to do this I think im excused, anyway.. whats the free application that lets you have 2 start menus? Eg one on each monitor?

I don't know of a free one, but the one i use is www.ultramon.com
