Start Problem in a RSi 2003

Hi

I have a problem with my new Clio Sport 2003, when i try to start it the first time in the day, it fail, the second try it start perfect.

It hapen almost always, and when it start the engine moves more than normal. I went to the Renault but they doesnt know whats the problem?

everybody seems to get this problem. I remember reading on a french site rs-team.org about the cause but i forgot what it was. I will look into it though and i will let you know what i find out

i think it is the key fob...

imobiliser..

try the spare key?

I checked and it is indeed linked to the immobiliser. The problem occurs mostly when temperatures are above 10 degree or so, (i.e. always in Mexico unless you live on the slopes of popocatepetl..).

Anyway, the good news is that its known to Renault and fixed under warranty.

where about in Mexico are you from?

The REnault Dealer cant find whats wrong... Im very SAD.... and
