start up and Idling Problems

hey guys my clio 172 sport has start up and Idling Problems

I had a de cat fitted around 3 months ago and was fine but the last two weeks the can finds it hard to start and when it starts it has a Idling Problem where to starts at 1000 and drops to 800 then back up over and over -

I have the car running and the drive but the Idling dropped so low the car cut out :/

does the car need a map do you think ???

Hi I'm fairly new to these but already I've learnt they have to have proper plugs ? Leads and coil packs fail also ? Have you had any warning lights on ? Worth getting codes read ? Pretty sure it wouldn't need a re map for a de cat.
