Start up squeak when turning

Hey guys,
I have a 2002 172. I have been trying to diagnose a problem. When I start up cold I am getting a squeal, but only when I turn the steering wheel. After 60 seconds the noise is gone.

I have so far changed the auxiliary belt and had the PAS pump done. Still making the noise. The car is fine when warmed up so it's literally when cold.

Anyone experienced this before? Or have any ideas of what I could try next?
Bearings, top mounts or battery are things I'm thinking about.

Will check that this wasn't done when the aux belt was done.

Yep this was done. Anyone else got any ideas?

Literally only on full lock.
