This morning on my usual drive to Glasgow. I got a low battery warning light and the stop .so stopped and started again persisted on coming back after a few minutes every time.
so I went to a garage and got it checked it and sayed it was the battery at first then sayed in actual fact it could be the alternator as there wasn't enough charge going to the battery while running they suggested taking back to Renault. So I booked in for tomorrow.
on my return trip to Glasgow in the afternoon I got the warning light once and then fine so I though must has been dodgy wiring . So I stop the car get out and when I go to start the car to return home it wouldn't even turn over .
so the aa comes out says the battery and the alternator is fine . He thinks it's the start motor that's away and we had to bump start it . so the 3rd diagnoses in 4 hours to say I sceptic is an under statement
anyone got any ideas ?
