starting problems

car is starting to be a right pig try and start it and nothing happens and the immobiliser light in the middle of clocks just flash's like mad took me 20mins this morning untill the light stayed on and fired up any thorts?

Try your spare key.
Fast flashing is a immobilizer if i remember correctly.
It did solve it for me. And a garage arround here said the same. They said that is was a common failure.
