Starts then stalls ph1 172

My searches don't seem to be giving me a steer on my problem. Since the car came out of its winter storage I have had an issue with non-cold starts. When I say non cold I mean it will start first thing in the morning but if I try to start again say 9 hours later after being parked in a multi storey car it will fire then immediately stall. It takes cranking with just enough throttle at the right time to get it to not stall and rev up. It's the same if a regular warm start. It's had a recent tdc sensor, coil, leads.

Any ideas appreciated.
