Stealers Useless.

Got my next service free when I bought the car, so i'm on holiday and thought I'd get it done...its 36k one.
Told them aux belt needed doing as per service book, so they say yep no probs.
Took the car in at 0830am this morning and checked that everything agreed ie aux belt etc...said i could pick it up at 1500. About 1200 a clock I get a phonecall telling me that they didn't realise that it would take approx 2/3hrs to do the belt, so could I pick it up at 1600...ok no probs i said.
Then at 1500 they call again, sorry sir your car's in bit's as we didn't know we had to take the front bumper off to get to the belt...(now im starting to panic) and we have ordered the wrong belt. Your car won't be ready until 1200 tomorrow, btw your rear pads are worn 80% and you need a new rear exhaust mount...would you like us to do them for you?....Errr No, just get the correct belt, put my car back together and give me it back please.

Totally useless bunch of clowns, runined the family day out I had planned tomorrow, so the misses is pissed off with me.

its a load of crap mate they tell everyone that, i remember when my gearbox broke 2 weeks after buying my car from them and
They gave me the same excuse ref the courtesy cars, my father in law rang up and said that next door to him they work for renault and they come home in diff cars everyday so ur lying, i got a car ready for me not long later lol

i now some horrible inside truths about stealers....

especially the cam belts boys:

I no for a FACT that at a few dealers near me they actaully Fek the timing and Valves when they do the cam belt As they alwas do it half a turn out.
But they fix it without you knowing and tell you to come back alot later or next day do to ordering wrong parts etc .....

They are STEALERSSSSSS

To be honest, i just want my car back asap tomorrow, then I will never ever... ever.... ever darken there door step again.
I only took it to them coz I got a free service.
