stealth exhaust question

I am thinking about buying a Supersports stealth system and a de cat just wondering if this will be over 98 decibels as it will be used for track. Will I need a silenced de cat or not to keep the noise below 98.

I am running the 2.5in stainless stealth with a 182 manifold and a de cat,
90 to 95 decibels.
