stealth exhuasts...

i did a saerch but didnt really seem to come back with much.
basically my standard exhaust is on its way out, its started to blow and has a horrible rattle to it when idling so im looking for a replacement. i am currently looking at the k tec stealth systems but can decide which one, firstly if i was to go for the mild steel option how long roughly would it last?
also is the supersport alot louder than the standard system? really dont want it to be boomy.(if anyone has any vids that would be great)
any help would be great thats

I can't comment on the K-Tecs, but the general opinion is Yozza stealth or BTB. I have the latter and very good it is too! www.stealth4clio.co.uk

thanks. i did have a look at the yozza system but i think they are slightly out my price range, was looking more under £300.
anyone else have any options?

I have a K-tec stealth, good exhaust IMO.

i got the supersports ktec stealth and i dont think its that loud but its all personal preference!! its only a bit droney 65mph+ so if you do a lot of motorway miles i would go for the one with the center silencer! me personally im wacking on a decat and hoping for some even raspy noises lol.....i get get a video on here tomorrow if you ant?

i recently got the s/s Ktec stealth, been ok for me, ticking over, or at idling speeds, its sound, only make a noise wen u boot it, and yeh on motorway can be a bit boomy if ur flooring it, but if u aint giving it much pedal its ok, just turn up the stereo, cant even hear it

(btw this is the one with the silencer, as i didnt want it too boomy)

a video would be great, ive seen afew on youtube but they all seem to differ so much if noise levels (obvs cam quality can come into play)

Yeah, the only time mine gets really boomy is at about 65mph under load.

that for example is abit too loud for me, even though it would sound the nuts when having a drive in the country but i think it would be abit out for when im giving my mum or granny alift here or there

I must do a video of my cat back stealth and maxogen sound, IMO it sounds great.

My GF does a lot of motorway miles in the 172, and she has no problems with the loudness of the stealth (she's no petrol head either)
