Steaming windows

Hi everyone am new on hear and my Clio 182 I's doing my head in it keeps steaming the wheels up when it rains or when i wash it I have tried everything new Pollen-filter the lot can't see any leaks in the car this I's a common fault that I see no one has sorted yet I don't want to keep using the aircon or rainx? Can anyone shed some light on this fault plz?

Has the car had a bang, maybe a door/boot/window seal loose or missing after an accident repair?

Ahhh this old chestnut. Check the recirculation flap isnt staing shut.

^ do they have to go on the window or could you hide them somewhere and they still absorb the humidity?
