hi, sometimes when i'm steering it feels like there is too much play in the wheels, like i turn the steering wheel but it starts to steer a split second later. this only happens when i'm going straight and then start to turn. it's horrible when you're making good pace and there's a left-to-right or right-to-left turn as when you hit the straight-on position there's a moment of freedom in the steering! don't know if it's all the time or if i only notice it at speed- does the clio have speed-related power steering assistance?
with the car stationary i can turn the wheel and the front wheels turn instantly, there's no play. no knocking or wobbling on any kind. my tracking is slightly to the right, i don't know if that would affect it like i described above.
