Steering creaking at low speeds

My sterring creaks when I turn the wheel at low speeds.

Any idea what it could be?

The car has 17's on if that makes any difference

Is a ph2 so probably electric, but if it's hydraulic it'll be at the back of the engine bay behind the battery, next to coolant on a 2litre dunno if it changes for the hamster wheels...

Clio Mk2 Ph1 uses hydraulic power steering and Mk2 Ph2 uses electric power steering.
