steering issue

sticks on full lock and has started chewing the tyres up which has started pi$$ing me off, so i think i'll have to replace ball joints and TRA?

the concern.... is you said it sticks.... you mean it jams on lock etc??

just on full lock, doesnt return to centre on its own. im not concerened, but it does need sorting

Jack it up and see where the play is.

I thought this was normal behaviour with the Clio caused by less than perfect Ackerman geometry. Causes tyre skip on some surfaces?

found it out to be the bottom ball joints, so having them replaced this morning. wasnt a lot of play in them, but enough to affect how the car handled and when on full lock
