I'm new here and coming straight in with a question.... probably been asked before but wondering if anyone can help: My 2003 Clio 1.2 has a very annoying creaking noise in steering when parking or steering at low speeds, mostly on full lock. Also steering wheel feels a little jerky or 'loose' when turning at times (only way I can describe it). Steering itself is absolutely fine, no probs and really responsive. It's just damn annoying!
This is the first Clio I have owned and I've only had it for about two weeks. I'm getting hints this noise might be a common prob. Took car back to garage but they said they couldn't find anything. I think they may have just driven it around normally and not done any tight steering though.
Is this a prob? Should I be worried?
