steering problem - mrk 1

at standstill rocking the steering wheel all is fine, no play that i can tell, pull off and the steering wheel looks to settle just off centre to the right... build up speed and it goes way over to the left... car seems to tramline LOADS all over the road, to the point where on a motorway that swept to the right then left, i hardly touched or mooved the wheel and it stayed in lane and took the corners....

when u hit the brakes the wheel centres...

its scary to drive lol... im thinking lower arm bushes ??? any other ideas or tests ?

my valver is the same, even very slight play in the column will be quite noticable on the road. Mine was the universal joint at the bottom of the column, either get it welded up or if you want it done properly change it (pricey)
